Terms & Conditions

In order to fully experience the benefits of the curriculum and maintain consistency for all students, students are expected to remain enrolled in the Academy until the end of each academic year (September to August). Students are automatically promoted to the next level unless the Academy deems alternative arrangements more suitable.
All payments must be paid in full by the first day of each calendar month.
In the event of a withdrawal, one month’s written notice must be given. The Academy reserves the right to charge the following month's tuition fee in full if insufficient notice is provided.

To ensure the fair use of our system while remaining understanding of our students' needs, students may cancel a maximum of two lessons each month for valid reasons supported by proof (e.g., medical certificates, school competition notices, or other proofs related to unavoidable personal matters). In such cases, the tuition fee will be credited toward the next month's lessons. If no supporting documentation is provided, the tuition fee for the missed lesson will be forfeited. No refund requests will be considered in these instances.
No makeup lessons will be provided to ensure that classes do not exceed their maximum enrollment capacity.
In the event that a teacher is unable to conduct a lesson, a full refund for that specific lesson will be issued.

In the event of inclement weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted), all lessons will be suspended for the day.
If whole-day schools across Hong Kong are suspended by the Education Bureau on that day, lessons at the Academy will also be suspended.

All students are expected to behave appropriately and show respect to all staff and fellow students. Basic manners and social norms must be strictly observed. All forms of physical violence, bullying, or verbal abuse are strictly forbidden.
Any student who fails to comply with the above rules may be excluded from all future lessons without a refund for the remaining term.

All personal data collected will comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Personal information is collected for the following purposes:

Processing student enrollment, course registration, and managing academic records.
Communicating with parents/legal guardians regarding student progress, attendance, schedules, and administrative matters.
Processing tuition fees, billing, payments, and financial auditing.
Ensuring student safety, providing first aid, or handling emergency situations.
Operating, maintaining, and providing learning materials via third-party digital learning platforms, applications, or cloud storage systems utilized by the Academy.
Compiling internal statistical data, surveys, and educational reviews to improve our services (all such data will be strictly anonymized).

The Academy may, from time to time, take photographs, videos, and other media recordings of students during classes or events for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish for their child to participate in such promotional activities must inform the Academy in writing upon enrollment.
All learning materials provided to students are the intellectual property of the Academy and must not be copied, distributed, or shared with third parties. The Academy ensures that all source materials are attributed to their respective owners as far as possible.

The Academy is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged personal property. Students are advised to take care of their belongings and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the Academy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy cannot be held liable for personal injuries resulting from accidents occurring on the premises.

The Academy reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters and disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions.
